Audience participants do not need to create an account. They join sessions anonymously via a session code and are assigned a temporary device identifier for the duration of the session only.
You agree to use CrowdPulse AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to CrowdPulse AI, including your presentation files, questions, and session data ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant CrowdPulse AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Audience responses submitted during your sessions are associated with your account and treated as part of Your Content. Audience participants submit responses anonymously and have no continuing rights or claims over their submitted responses after a session ends.
You are solely responsible for the questions you ask your audience and any content you present using CrowdPulse AI. You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, or violate anyone's privacy or other rights.
The CrowdPulse AI desktop application offers optional integration with your Google Account to access Google Slides presentations and facilitate PowerPoint conversion. By authorizing this integration, you grant CrowdPulse AI permission to access specific Google services on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google data only to provide the features you request and do not use it for advertising, sale, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.
You may revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
CrowdPulse AI offers a free tier with limited AI features and paid subscription plans ("CrowdPulse Pro"). Current pricing is available at crowdpulseai.com/#pricing. Prices are subject to change with advance notice to active subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Discounted educator pricing is available for individuals with a verified .edu email address or institutional affiliation. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and revoke educator pricing if the eligibility criteria are not met.
CrowdPulse AI uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis, summaries, coaching suggestions, and debrief documents based on your audience's responses. You acknowledge that:
CrowdPulse AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by F&F, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software without our written permission.
The CrowdPulse AI name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of F&F, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Your use of CrowdPulse AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or suitable for any particular use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CROWDPULSE AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless F&F, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@crowdpulseai.com.
CrowdPulse AI integrates with third-party services including Google (Firebase, Drive, Slides, Analytics), Anthropic (Claude AI), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms prevents you from making a complaint to your local consumer protection authority.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrowdPulse AI with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
