CrowdPulse AI ("we," "us," or "our") is a real-time audience response platform operated by F&F, LLC. Our service is available at crowdpulseai.com and through the CrowdPulse AI desktop application.

When you sign in to CrowdPulse AI (via Apple Sign-In or Google), we receive your name and email address. We use this to identify your account and associate your sessions and question sets with you.
When you run a live session, audience members submit responses (text, poll selections, or ratings) to your questions. These responses are stored in your account in Firebase (Google's database infrastructure) and are associated only with your session. We never share audience responses with other users or third parties.
Audience members participate anonymously — we do not collect their names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information. We assign each audience device a temporary random identifier for the duration of the session only.
If you import a PowerPoint or Keynote file, it is temporarily uploaded to Firebase Storage for conversion to slide images. The original file is deleted from our servers immediately after conversion is complete — typically within 60 seconds. We do not retain, index, or analyze the content of your presentation files.
The CrowdPulse AI desktop application optionally connects to your Google Account to let you browse and open your Google Slides presentations directly within the app. When you authorize Google sign-in, we access the following Google services on your behalf:
Google OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on CrowdPulse AI servers. We do not share your Google account data with any third party. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data: page views, session counts, feature usage events (e.g., "question activated," "debrief generated"). This data is aggregated and cannot be tied to individual users. It helps us improve the product. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings or by using an ad blocker.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data or your audience's responses to train AI models. We do not use your data for advertising.
CrowdPulse AI uses Anthropic's Claude API to analyze audience responses and generate session summaries, coaching prompts, and debrief documents. Audience response text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
We send only anonymized response text — never names, email addresses, or other identifying information — to the AI processing pipeline.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. Firebase is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data in transit and at rest.
We implement reasonable technical safeguards including Firebase Security Rules to ensure users can only access their own data. No database query can return another user's sessions or responses.
Session data (questions and responses) is retained for as long as your account is active. Archived sessions are retained for 365 days then permanently deleted. Debrief PDFs stored in Firebase Storage are accessible only to the session owner via a signed URL.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active users by email. Continued use of CrowdPulse AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
